Two ways to run it
Place server (on site)
A small Windows program on one computer at your workplace. It finds staff phones on your Wi‑Fi, keeps the data on your own machine and sends only summaries to the cloud. Best for shops, warehouses and offices.
Cloud only
Nothing to install at the workplace. Draw the work area on a map, add staff, and their phones report by position whenever they are on shift. Best for sites without a fixed computer, field teams and small teams.
How it works
1. Register
Create your organisation (or register as an individual), confirm your email, and we approve the account, usually the same day.
2. Set up
Add branches, draw their boundaries, choose what is recorded: presence, phone use, battery, lost‑phone alerts.
3. Invite staff
Each staff member gets an email with a QR code. They install the app, scan, and you approve their phone.
Tracking people at work is regulated. In NSW the Workplace Surveillance Act 2005 requires written notice at least 14 days before tracking begins. What is collected.
